Chris and Cheryl Grant, the dynamic duo behind Grant Homes Realty, bring a wealth of experience and personal dedication to their real estate clients. Chris, with a 30-year career as a Corporate IT Manager and a degree in Finance from Bentley University, excels at problem-solving, strategic planning, and clear communication. Cheryl, a Bentley Marketing graduate and New Hampshire native, found her true calling in real estate after years of community involvement and raising their two children, Morgan and Tyler. Her warmth, dedication, and passion for helping others shine in every client interaction. Together, they offer a personalized, caring approach to guide clients through their real estate journeys.

MEET CHERYL

Cheryl Grant is the heart and soul of Grant Homes Realty, and her journey into real estate is as inspiring as it is heartfelt. Cheryl embarked on her real estate career when her children were in middle school, discovering a passion that she now describes as her true calling. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Cheryl devoted herself to being a stay-at-home mother, advocating fiercely for her children, Morgan and Tyler, as they faced various health challenges from birth. Her dedication extended beyond her family, as she immersed herself in the local community, supporting her children’s activities with boundless energy and enthusiasm.

Cheryl’s volunteer work is a testament to her commitment and community spirit. She has served in numerous roles, including Girl Scout leader and Cookie mom, President and Secretary of the Granite State Moms of Twins, PTO Fundraising and Education Chair in addition to President, and President of the Londonderry Boys’ Lacrosse Boosters. Her involvement in these organizations reflects her natural ability to bring people together, work as a team player, and make a positive impact on those around her.

A proud graduate of Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Cheryl’s college years also marked the beginning of a lifelong partnership with her husband, Chris. Together, they have built a strong and loving family, and Cheryl’s deep-rooted love for New Hampshire, where she was born and raised, shines through in everything she does.

Cheryl’s passion for staying busy and active is evident in her daily life. Whether she’s tending to her yard, volunteering, spending quality time with Chris and their children, or indulging her interests in wine and travel, Cheryl embraces every opportunity with enthusiasm and joy. Her energetic spirit and commitment to her community make her a dynamic and cherished member of the Grant Homes Realty team.

Chris Grant brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the world of real estate. With a distinguished 30-year career as a Corporate IT Manager, Chris has developed a keen ability to see the big picture, anticipate potential challenges, and craft effective, solution-based strategies. His extensive background in IT has equipped him with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with ease.

Throughout his career, Chris has interacted with individuals at all levels, from part-time technicians to top executives. This diverse experience has honed his communication skills, allowing him to connect with and understand people from various backgrounds and roles. His ability to listen and communicate clearly makes him an invaluable asset in any real estate transaction.

Originally from the South Shore of Massachusetts, Chris is a proud Bentley University graduate, holding a Bachelor of Science in Finance. It was at Bentley that he met his wife, Cheryl, and the two have since built a strong and enduring partnership that has lasted over 30 years. Together, they have raised two wonderful children, Morgan and Tyler, who continue to enrich their lives.

Outside of his professional life, Chris is passionate about a variety of hobbies. He enjoys indulging in sarcastic humor, hitting the slopes for some skiing, golfing and exploring the world of wine. These interests not only keep him balanced but also add a touch of joy and energy to his daily life.

MEET SHARON

Sharon Reilly is the dedicated Operations Manager at Grant Homes Realty, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep passion for the real estate industry. With 14 years of expertise as a Senior Title Coordinator, Sharon has worked across residential, new construction, and commercial real estate sectors. Her diverse background provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in each area of real estate.

One of Sharon’s greatest strengths is her exceptional organizational skills. She excels at ensuring that important dates are met and that every detail is managed efficiently, making the entire process smoother for clients and colleagues alike. Her ability to keep things on track is matched by her strong communication skills, honed through years of interaction with various business professionals. This skill set allows her to facilitate clear, effective communication and foster positive relationships in every transaction.

Outside of her professional life, Sharon has 5 beautiful grandchildren that she looks forward to seeing as often as she can. She also enjoys a variety of activities that reflect her vibrant and creative personality. She finds joy in reading, scrapbooking, camping, walking, and gardening. Additionally, she takes great pleasure in tackling small house repair and remodeling projects, embracing the opportunity to enhance and personalize her living space.
